Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Standard Vehicles (Sedans & Executive Vans)

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the booked fare will be charged.

No-shows: 100% of the booked fare will be charged.

First Class Sedan

A deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the booked fare will be charged.

No-shows: 100% of the booked fare will be charged.

Premium Vehicles (Ultra Luxury, Party Buses, Coaches, Supercars)

A deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.

Cancellations within 72 hours: 50–100% of the booked fare may apply, depending on the vehicle and booking.

No-shows: 100% of the booked fare will be charged.

Corporate / Repeat Clients

Flexible cancellation options are available upon request for corporate clients with pre-arranged agreements.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus any applicable cancellation or deposit fees.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted via phone, email, or our online booking system.

Verbal cancellations without confirmation are not guaranteed.

First Class Sedans require a deposit and 48-hour advance notice for cancellations. Premium vehicles require a deposit and 72-hour advance notice. No-shows are fully charged.
